StkRepo – Refund Policy

Please note: We put our customers first and will do everything we can to help you work out any issue. Our customers are never on their own and we pride ourselves in a 5-star support service. We’ll do our best to solve any problems with our products, services or your WordPress needs in general.

We do encourage all customers to contact StkRepo support via Live chat, tech ticket or at support@stkrepo.com 
, for any assistance, clarification, feedback, issues, challenges, or help.

We will work things out and make sure you’re 100% satisfied and happy with our service.

At StkRepo, we sell digital goods (source code, scripts, themes, and plugins…) that are intangible and cannot be “returned.” Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable except in the specific case outlined below.

1. The ONLY Condition for a Refund

A refund request will only be considered if the following two conditions are met simultaneously:

  1. The product is functionally broken and does not work.

  2. You have contacted our technical support team, provided necessary access/logs, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your report.

2. Strictly NO Refunds Cases

We will NOT issue refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind after the purchase.

  • You purchased the item by mistake.

  • You do not have the technical knowledge to use or install the item.

  • The item is incompatible with your specific hosting environment or server configuration (It is your responsibility to check compatibility before buying).

  • The item conflicts with other 3rd party plugins or themes.

  • You can no longer download the item because it has been removed (Please download your purchases immediately).

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe your case meets the “ONLY Condition” mentioned in Section 1, you must:

  • Contact support@stkrepo.com within 7 days of purchase.

  • Provide a detailed technical description and valid error logs/screenshots.

  • Allow our team a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix the problem.

4. Technical Support

Our goal is to ensure every product works as promised. If you encounter any technical difficulties, please reach out to us first. We are committed to helping you get your scripts and themes running perfectly.

We are confident in our products and will assist you in resolving any issues you may encounter, but we also expect you to fully understand the product you are purchasing and its intended use.

In addition to the above, no refunds are provided for:

StkRepo VIP Membership Subscriptions, as it is a complete set of products at a very convenient price, which you can cancel at any time. We discourage you from purchasing the VIP Membership for testing purposes.

Membership Subscriptions (Strictly Non-Refundable)

All membership plans, including Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime memberships, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
By purchasing a membership, you gain immediate access to our premium repository. This access constitutes a completed service that cannot be “returned.” No pro-rata refunds will be provided if you decide to stop using the service before your term ends.

Renewals are strictly non-refundable.

Offers and discounts are valid for future orders only and can’t be used to ask for refunds or partial refunds of existing purchases.

To summarise and clarify:

No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except cases in which the product you’ve purchased is:

Completely non-functional

and the issue cannot be resolved after being investigated by our technical support team.

You didn’t download the product

We do consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Based on EU law, you may withdraw the purchase and receive a refund for any digital content (or service) purchased on the site during 14 days, only if you did not download the content and did not install it on the site and only if we did not start working on the requested development project (including but not limited to: Technical Support, SEO Services, Web development, Plugin development..). Once a digital product has been downloaded and/or a purchased service has commenced, customers immediately lose their right of withdrawal.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:

you have changed your mind about an item/subscription.

you bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.

The product was bought by your employee or associate through your PayPal account which he/she had legal access to.

You can not install the downloaded product (we’ll help you do that).

The product is incompatible with your WordPress, plugins or web server settings.

The product does not function as you wanted it to.

The product displays a message about the need to enter a license key or activation (but has full functionality).

You broke your website when installing the product.

You did not receive technical support on StkRepo within 72 hours after contacting us.

You refused to provide our support staff access to your website to investigate the product you are having an issue with.

Please also note that:
You may cancel your subscription at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
