  • GPL License: Most PHP-based assets (WordPress items) are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). You are granted the rights provided by this license.

  • Proprietary License: Certain assets (e.g., Mobile App source codes, Shopify themes, UI graphics) may be subject to proprietary licenses. These items are for your personal or commercial use as specified in the product description and cannot be resold or redistributed as standalone items.

  • “As-Is” Basis: All products are provided “as-is” without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

3. User Accounts

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout.

4. Payments and Deliveries

  • Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, digital products are typically made available for instant download in your account dashboard.

  • Pricing: StkRepo reserves the right to change prices for any product at any time without prior notice.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.

5. Refund and Subscription Policy

  • No Refunds: Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the specific and only conditions under which a refund may be granted.

  • Memberships: Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime memberships grant immediate access to digital assets. These are strictly non-refundable.

6. Technical Support and Updates

  • Support Limits: Support is limited to verified bugs and issues directly related to the product’s core functionality. We do not provide free customization services or support for 3rd-party server environment issues.

  • Updates: Updates are provided as they become available from the developers. StkRepo does not guarantee a specific schedule for updates.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Use any automated scripts (crawlers) to mass-download assets.

  • Bypass any security measures or access restrictions on the site.

  • Resell, share, or redistribute StkRepo assets on competing platforms or “nulling” sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

StkRepo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to server crashes, data loss, or security breaches on your own websites.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
